Leveraging its overseas nickel and cobalt resources, CNMC has promoted research, development, and production centered on lithium battery cathode materials, establishing production lines with an annual capacity of 60,000 tonnes for?cobalt tetroxide and ternary precursor?products, and building?a production base for high-end green energy materials. The Group has also dedicated significant efforts to the research, development, and production of lithium battery anode materials and all-solid-state battery anode materials, developing silicon-carbon composite anode materials with capacities of?450 mAh/g, 800 mAh/g, and 1400 mAh/g, as well as?nano-silicon.?CNMC?has also established?a demonstration production line with an annual?capacity of 110 tonnes for silicon-carbon anode materials. Furthermore, it runs?China's?only pilot-scale demonstration production line for stable, large-scale nano-silicon manufacturing using radio frequency induction plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition.
